ColinDOUGLAS(Whickham) Passed away surrounded by his family on November 16th 2025 at the RVI, aged 92 years, Colin, devoted husband of the late Helen, dearly loved father to Stephen, Kevin and Andrew, father-in-law to Mary, Barbara Anne, Joan and Judy, treasured grandfather to Jonothon, Francesca, Sarah, Holly, Sophie, Archie and great-grandfather to Henry, Charlie and Evie, also a dear brother to Freda and the late Bill and brother-in-law to Muriel and Margaret. Colin was much loved and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Would friends please meet for Requiem Mass at St Mary's RC Church, Dockendale Lane, Whickham NE16 4EN on Thursday 27th November at 10.30am followed by Cremation at Mountsett Crematorium, Dipton at 11.45am.
Family flowers only please, a retiring collection if desired will be gratefully received for The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation. The family would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the wonderful care and support he received from all the staff at The Manor House Care Home and at the end on Ward 42 at the RVI.
